At Vespera Homes, every order is prepared with meticulous care and secured in premium multi-layer packaging to ensure your pieces arrive beautifully and safely.
Below you’ll find all details on processing times, shipping fees, delivery timelines, and order tracking.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on a non-business day begin processing the next business day.

Made-to-order / Pre-order items display their lead time on the product page (usually 7–14 business days).
2. Shipping Methods & Fees (India & International)
Domestic Shipping (India)
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

You will see the exact fee and estimated delivery date before completing your purchase.
We ship through trusted partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Xpressbees, with full end-to-end tracking.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is now available across most serviceable PIN codes in India.
The COD option will appear at checkout if your PIN code is eligible.
International Shipping (Worldwide)
We now ship globally to most countries.
Shipping charges for international orders are based on order value:

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking link.
You can also track directly from our Track Order page using your Order Number and email/phone.
5. Packaging & Split Shipments
Many Vespera Homes pieces are delicate. We use:

To ensure quicker and safer delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. Each parcel will have a separate tracking number—this does not affect your shipping fee.
6. Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

Couriers usually attempt delivery 1–3 times.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone, or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damages & What To Do on Arrival
We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. If your product arrives damaged:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
Share the following:

the damaged item

We will quickly arrange a replacement or resolution as per our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Please keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
8. Undeliverable / Refused Shipments
If the courier marks your shipment as undeliverable, it will be returned to us.
We can reship after address confirmation.
If you prefer a refund, it will be processed excluding original shipping fees.
9. Delivery Restrictions
Currently, we may be unable to deliver to:

Certain restricted or remote international zones
If this affects your order, we will inform you promptly.
10. Holiday & Sale Periods
During festivals and major sale events, both processing and delivery may take an extra 1–3 business days.
