Returns & Exchanges

We take great care with our fragile decor. To keep things clear and fair:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged/defective items or incorrect products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges for a different product are accepted if reported within 7 days of delivery.


Handcrafted Quality & Natural Variations

Our pieces are handcrafted and finished in small batches. As such, subtle variations are normal and part of the product’s character—not defects. These may include minor differences in tone/colour, glaze pooling or speckles (ceramics), air bubbles (glass), veining/pattern alignment (stone/MOP), leafing/inlay placement, texture, and dimensions (typically within ~1–2 cm). Display/device settings can also affect perceived colour.

Eligibility & Condition

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging with all inserts, tags, fillers, and protective materials intact.

  • For transit issues, please retain the outer carton and inner cushioning; we may request clear photos and/or an unboxing video.

  • Non-returnable/non-exchangeable: gift cards, custom orders, clearance/final-sale items, and items damaged through misuse or improper installation.


How to Raise a Request

  1. Order number, 2) Issue type (return or exchange), 3) Photos/video of the product and packaging, 4) For exchanges: the new item you’d like.

Windows:

  • Return (damage/defect/incorrect): within 48 hours of delivery

  • Exchange (product change): within 7 days of delivery


Exchanges (7-Day Window)

  • Swap for an item of equal/greater value (pay any difference; if lower, we issue store credit for the balance).

  • One exchange per order, subject to stock availability.

  • Two-way shipping/handling for exchanges is typically customer-borne unless the original item was defective/incorrect.

  • Items must pass Quality Check on return; if not approved, we’ll return the item to you.


Return Method & Refunds (48-Hour Cases Only)

  • We arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable; otherwise, we’ll share a return address. Please repack using the original box + fillers.

  • After QC approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit) for the eligible item value.

  • Shipping fees, gift wrap, and convenience charges (if any) are non-refundable. Please allow 8–10 business days post-QC for bank processing.


Cancellations & Delivery Refusals

  • Orders can’t be cancelled once dispatched.

  • Non-delivery due to incorrect address/unreachable customer/refusal is not a return; re-shipment fees may apply.


International Orders

Due to logistics, returns/exchanges on international shipments are limited to transit damage or incorrect items reported within the same timelines; additional conditions may apply.
